Today we spent a lot of time in the yard. Mom finally got out and started cleaning up the garden. Me I spent some time in my favorite pursuits.

Here I am checking out who's been around marking my bushes. It's probably those Evil Intruder Kitties from across the street, although I haven't seen many of them around lately...
Ahhhh, now a nibble of the grass in the yard. Mom doesn't like me munching the grass because sometimes it makes me hurl and then she has to clean it up.
And the catnip. My it looks like it's coming up just fine...
Here's some mint that weathered fine over the winter. Mom says she's not real surprised at that since she said that mint is in the catnip family and catnip is pretty hardy and grows like a weed. (Hrmph, my catnip is NOT a weed! It's good!)

I went outside today too! I found some catmint. I did roll in it.
Fun!

It is ever so much fun checking the yard after some absence. It looks like the catnip is placed in front of a nice big stone. That would make a purrfect sitting spot!

It looks nice and warm in your yard! Your very own Catmint!
It is very annoying when an introoder has been around and left the wrong stink. It makes it hard work when you haf to go around and re-stink everything.
Bad introoder cats, that's Rusty's yard. Your garden is looking nice Rusty.
Crikey just loves to eat grass! And you're right, our celebrated catnip is not a weed:) No way! ~Tristan
My mum thinks mint is a dirty word. It comes in from under our neighbour's fence and tries to grow everywhere, she is always digging it up! You are looking very handsome Rusty.
Hi ya, Rusty! Wasn't it a great day today?? Glad you were able to get out and check things in your yard!
Hi Rusty looks like you had a great day in the yard. The catnip is nice!
